May July be a better month of happiness. :)

Dated from earlier (23/6)
Hellooooo guyszxzx, i'm back. :D
hehehe yay it feels so good to be home.
But that also means its time to be back to reality, and oh well reality sucks. :/ BOO
Can't believe school's starting tomorrow.
OH MANNNN.
How i wish i have a longer holiday to settle all my assignments and tasks.
Come to think of it, there's so much work left to do and i'm just so lazy to start on it.
In fact, i don't even have the mood to start working on it.
Okay anyway lets just focus on the happy things that happened during my holidays! :)

1) CAMP INHERITANCEEEE
Yes hehehe for this, i must say i didn't regret going for this camp though beforehand, i always dread going because of the time that i could used to do something else. Well, thankfully i was placed in a very blessed group. LANNISTER.(L) Hahaha its perhaps the best group that i can ever asked for, the bond feels different somehow and hopefully, this group will continue to remain active. :)

2) CHINA FAMILY TRIPPPPP. [BEIJING-CHENGDE-TIANJIN]
This is something i must definitely mention because its been YEARSSSSSS since our whole family last travel. (:
In fact, i couldnt quite remember the last time we sat a plane tgt.
So yup, felt reallly really happy that we could finally go on a family trip together as a family! ^^ Best thing that happened next is that upon reaching china, i found out that we are the only ones in our tour group which meant that we had our own personal van, chauffeur and tourguide!! :D HAHAHAH LOVE IT MAX.
In all, it was a really enjoyable trip because i've never been to the 3 places before and it was really an experience for me. In fact, the one attraction i think i enjoyed the most was  going to GREAT WALL OF CHINA!!! :) Hahahah, this place gave me the best memories. i think its because since young, i've always heard of this amazing place and you know since then my mind started forming a visual image of how its supposed to be. But after going to that place, i realised that it wasnt what i though it would be. A steep flight of stairs!!! In all, it was an amazing trip and even until now, i still pretty missed those times when we would go off early in our own van to visit attractions and then come back late at night to our hotel room. It was a great family trip and so many throwbacks right now. :D

Dated now (7/7)
3) YOU.
Yes you, you're always on my mind like 24/7.
In fact, so much happened when i'm gone and back.
Just wished time stops so that we could find a comfy place and just talk about whatever that happened.
Sometimes, i think to myself how did i become so dependent on you. i really have no idea. In the past, it was you who depended on me, and now its me.
IDUNWANN. I WAN YOU TO BE ALWAYS DEPENDENT ON ME. :)
I love that feeeling.
I like how you would constantly text me and if i dont text you because i'm busy, you'll be pretty sad. i like that. i like that because i know that this means i'm always on your mind like 24/7 in a nice way, not sticky kind of way. ;)
Nowadays, i have to admit i pretty dislike the way we text.
Despite you did try to msg me constantly after i told you how i felt, but to me it all felt like you were obliged to do so and i really don't want that. i just want everything to be natural like you want to msg me because you really want to. Its like how we're so eager to msg each other good morning/goodnight in the past. Now that you have your game and new friends, i just hate that change in you. :/
I just hope to have abit more of your time like how we can arrange for lunch dates/dinner dates/just to see me date. Hehehe i like those kind of things. Its just an impulse date because we can meet each other. i just dont want to meet only once. i thought meeting once was good enough, but now that we're in the same school, shouldnt we meet more often? Busy shouldnt be an excuse. Idk why but it seems like i'm always asking you out for dinners and sometimes i wonder to myself, would you do so if i hadnt?
i kind of doubt it.
You are now far too busy with your games and friends.
So i tell myself, time to break off your dependence.
Let's not msg for a week.
It would do good for both of us i guess.
I can finally live the life of my own without thinking if he would msg or ask me out for lunch/dinner and not be sad over it when he doesn't. Just lead my own carefree live. :)
I want to be happy with you. I also want to be happy without you too.
I believe everything will be alright, its just one week. Right?
They say distance makes the heart fonder. I hope its true.
:)
& i'm meeting him tmw for study date, hope it'll be good.
After tmw, i think i should start the deal.
Let everything into God's hands.

Winter is on my head, but eternal spring is in my heart

Holy grail, can't believe its been more than a year and here I am...decided that it's finally the night that I will pretty much like to update my blog. Yes what a year it has been, wouldn't have expected that my life will be like this a year back. Despite saying this, me is contented. Sitting right here alone in an A/C room hearing to 2NE1 music after a good bath and dinner, spending some me-time (while e hubby go for an impromtu night to JB with his bros). Heh tgif! Loving such Friday night <3  Been learning to appreciate these rare moments of me-time, to make use of it in a way that will make me feel good after. Recently, I thought to myself that 'hey its time to start brushing up the self-growth part of me as well as feeding my own mind and soul' cuz lately that was the part of me that I felt neglected - I guess I do sometimes pin a lot of expectations on myself when it comes to my growth at my work - what do i learn from it (aka professional growth) that I so...

Courage over fear

What a crazy past three weeks it has been - rollarcoaster of emotions for me and I can't believe I survived it T.T From having my dad admitted to hospital in fear of an injury that was discovered to receiving a job opportunity and having to make a career decision in such a short span of time (while i'm on leave) to taking that brave step to inform my boss and ro on my intent to go for the interview to driving without JJ for the first time(s). A whirlpool of emotions, it feels overwhelming to be honest.  And I guess a lot of the emotions were more on the negative side - feeling fearful, anxious of the unknown, terrified maybe. And on the other hand, sense of relief and happiness when my dad was finally discharged because the doctors deem that it wasn't life-threathening and that he just had to attend further body check ups thereafter to receiving the full support and care from my boss and ro. I literally couldn't control my tears falling the moment my boss shared the pie...

Hello October!

A year and six months since the first CB started and look at where we are right now...still feeling pretty surreal that we're still in the midst of battling this pandemic or per say endemic to be?  I guess many of us wouldn't have imagined us to be battling this Covid-19 till today, and I'm just thankful that my loved ones are all safe and healthy <3  It's def been a difficult year for many (mostly in bad way i will say, minus the good part that we do get a decent amount of time to spend at home with your family as most people do wfh since last Apr 2020). But then again, I guess you can say I miss the liveliness of the neighbourhood, I miss the carefree times when we can indeed hang out as a group without worries (now I don't think I can forsee being maskless anytime soon even in the next year but I only wish for the easing of group gatherings because I sincerely miss family/relatives time and opportunities to hang out with your friends!) Covid-19 made me treasur...
